What a beautiful image of the Gulls. What was the source of the red light? The sun?
The light came from the Sandy Heath Transmitter, about five miles away.
Wow a distant transmitter. Awesome. Great image.

Broom GP gull roost, 5th August 2010. Around 2000 birds were there this evening.
