Blackcat Turnstone

The awkward to watch, Blackcat workings were good with a smart Turnstone, Common Sandpiper, eight Little Ringed Plovers, four Ringed Plovers, two Oystercatchers, Green Sandpiper, Redshank and Lapwings.  Not the first Turnstone record here following one last spring.

Red Crested Pochard Priory CP

I went looking for the Drake Garganey at Priory CP on Sunday afternoon but unfortunately dipped out, but came across a pair of Red Crested Pochard on the finger lakes which was a nice consolation.
