Coronation pit, Stewartby.Friday 20th June.

Early morning walk around, good number of whitethroats,willow warbler. Nice to see Lesser whitethroat there. A few dragonflies present and a grass snake sunning itself on some brambles.

Coronation pit, Stewartby.




The Red footed falcon showed well on a couple of occasions amongst a count of 14 hobbies, with a raptor backup of 2 kestrels 1 sparrowhawk and 5 buzzards.
