Pied Flycatchers

I found two different Pied Flycatcher at Pegsdon on Monday and suspected a third (though could not be sure as did not get probable two birds in the same trees in view at the same time). As they are a description species I thought I best try to get pics so here are a couple of two different individuals. Birds were very active with also a minimum of 8, suspected 11 Spotted Flycatchers and at least four Redstarts, one Whinchat and a Wheatear located around the site which as teeming with warblers.

This Pied Flycatcher was in the same group of trees a Wood Warbler was also frequenting.  An excellent couple of finds for David Roche in Bedford Park, 28th July 2011.
