Red Crested Pochard Priory CP

I went looking for the Drake Garganey at Priory CP on Sunday afternoon but unfortunately dipped out, but came across a pair of Red Crested Pochard on the finger lakes which was a nice consolation.

A quick stop at Brogborough at mid-day today saw an increase in the Scaup to four, Goldeneye to eleven and the female RC Pochard still present. 2/11/09

Red-crested Pochards at Harrold

About time one or two of these turned up this autumn.Sunrise this morning over Harrold-Odell CP. The nearest two blobs are Pinky and Perky the Egyptian Geese.
