| Fieldfare which seems to have taken up residence in the hoarfrost of our back garden hedge. Am I alone in thinking that there is a large number of "lone" Fieldfares about at the moment? |

| Bullfinch in the snow today. Poor quality photo but posted purely because it is the first time I have been able to capture one (digitally) in our back garden - having witnessed fewer than a dozen or so in our thirty years here. |
